1. Services

MMB Technology Canada provides software development, design, and consulting services as outlined in individual project agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all deliverables. MMB Technology retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual project proposals. Standard terms include a deposit, milestone payments, and final payment upon delivery.

4. Limitation of Liability

MMB Technology's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
